  I went in for an AC shoulder cortisone shot, they were very friendly and made it as painful as possible
  And they did
  Alot less painful then the yamanto branch

  Was in there rooms for a CT scan,
  at the Yamanto one and wasn't allowed to fill form in as they were obviously in a hurry, said come through to see a doctor which i spoke to in the hall then into room still hadn't filled in paperwork and never been before. Then proceeds to tell me i have to have a drip and dye, which they did still not knowing my health record etc, i'm anaphylactic with avacado, he realised after he had put me in tunnel that i had a necklace on reefed my neck and necklace trying to get it off ,invading my space.
  Then had it done and you can go now soon as i take the drip out. i was in the rooms for 10 mins.
  No duty of care, if i had a reaction from the dye etc were all in a hurry to go home on a Friday afternoon.. Won't be back that's for sure... never felt so violated....

  Thank you Danielle for making this experience not as cold and horrible as it can be at times. You were very helpful, gave plenty of explanation, thorough and had the best warm but professional bedside manner I have ever encountered dealing with many years of scans and ultrasounds and tests. I wish all medical staff made me feel as comfortable as this appointment.

  We had done a 20 week scan (morphology) at i-med. They have told we are having boy and we reassured it 2-3 times and prepared for a baby boy. Their Sonographer went wrong and ultimately we had a girl. They messed up all the preparations we did, I recommend not to go for scanning here, they might have also not gone thru other relevant checks they should do.

  Fit me in at very short notice could tell how bad I was, scanned quickly with quick turnaround on results. Very grateful thank you
